Priced for coverage, not seats
StatLingo is priced per active staff member — the people on your floor who trigger alerts, receive messages, and respond to incidents. Start with a free pilot. Pay only when you're ready to continue.

Contact Enterprise SalesHow pricing works
Priced by active staff coverage — because alerts only work when the right people are on the system.
What is active staff coverage?
The number of people in your facility who use the system during their shifts. Not every employee — just the ones who trigger alerts, receive messages, acknowledge incidents, or coordinate response.
The pilot is free. What do we pay for after?
The pilot — including configuration, training, and the impact report — is free for founding facilities. After 30 days, if you want to continue, you transition to a Facility subscription at $12–$18 per active staff member per month. If you don't, you walk away with no obligation.
Why is there a minimum?
StatLingo is real-time infrastructure. It requires enough people connected across every shift to function reliably. The minimum — 25 active staff per facility — ensures alerts are received, escalation chains are staffed, and the station sees the full floor. This is the point where the system becomes dependable.
Coverage by unit, department, or facility
Hospitals think in units, departments, and shifts — not user accounts. We scope pricing the same way. During the discovery call, we map your staffing model and align coverage to how your facility actually operates.

CNAs, nurses, charge nurses, techs — anyone on the system
Most facilities cover at least day and evening
Estimate based on standard subscription pricing after the pilot. The pilot itself is free for founding facilities (first 10). Actual coverage scoped during a discovery call.
What this actually buys you
Not software licenses. Operational outcomes.
Faster incident response
Alerts reach the right person in seconds. Not minutes. One tap from the wrist, instant delivery to the station, documented acknowledgement.
Zero missed alerts
Every alert is tracked from trigger to resolution. If nobody acknowledges, the system escalates automatically. No alert dies in silence.
Liability protection
Every action logged with timestamps, staff identity, and device information. When a family asks what happened — or when Joint Commission walks in — you have the full record.
Staff safety
A wrist-based panic button means staff can call for help without leaving the patient, without finding a phone, without running to the station. Response in seconds, not minutes.
No hardware to buy. No infrastructure to build.
Runs on Apple devices your staff may already carry.
Common questions
What is the Founding Facility Program?
We're waiving the setup fee for our first 10 facilities. You get the same configuration, training, and 30-day impact report — at no cost. We're building our early deployment base and want to work with facilities that are serious about improving response times and communication.
Is there really no cost for the pilot?
Correct. No setup fee. No subscription during the 30-day pilot. You only pay if you decide to continue with a Facility subscription after the pilot ends.
What happens after the 30 days?
You receive an impact report with measured data — response times, alert volumes, escalation frequency, adoption. If the numbers are strong, we transition to a Facility subscription. If not, you walk away. No obligation.
What counts as "active staff"?
Anyone who uses the system during their shift — triggering alerts, receiving messages, acknowledging incidents, managing the station, or receiving escalation notifications.
Why is there a minimum?
Because a communication system fails if not enough people are on it. The minimum (25 staff) ensures coverage across all shifts — so alerts are received, escalation works, and the station has a complete view of the floor.
Can we start with one unit?
Yes. Most facilities start with a pilot on one unit or department, then expand facility-wide after the impact report.
Do we need to buy Apple devices?
If your staff already carry Apple Watch and iPhone, you're ready. If not, consumer devices cost a fraction of dedicated clinical communication hardware.
How does multi-facility pricing work?
Volume-based, scoped to total staff coverage and facility count. Multi-year agreements with consistent per-facility rates. Contact us for a proposal.
Is a BAA included?
Included with Enterprise. Available on request for Facility plans.
